This 30-minute session isn’t just about breathing. We’ll process, check in, and talk about our sobriety, using breathwork and meditation to clear the chaos and keep pushing ahead. Show up, breathe through the hard stuff, and use this practice to stay steady. No shortcuts here. Just you, your breath, and the work. Let’s go.
